Medical marijuana is now available to full-time and part-time Florida residents. We are dedicated to our patients and their health, which is why Living Well Wellness offers medical marijuana card certifications to qualifying patients. Come meet with our certified medical marijuana doctors at any one of our Florida locations: Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, or Fern Park.
In order to qualify for a medical marijuana card in the state of Florida, you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions and have medical history from a prior physician showing the diagnosis:

Florida medical marijuana certifications must be renewed every 7 months. We make renewals simple and convenient, with telehealth options available for eligible patients.
Medication costs are separate and vary by dispensary. A Florida ID with current address (or a lease showing a Florida address) is required to qualify. Please call or text your nearest location to confirm current pricing.
Award-winning buprenorphine treatment — compassionate, confidential care for lasting recovery at our Daytona Beach, Fern Park, and Cocoa Beach locations.
At Living Well Wellness, we understand the struggles of those with opioid addiction and we are committed to their growth. We offer buprenorphine therapy for opioid addiction treatment, overseen by our physicians. Treatment is most effective in combination with counseling services, which can include different forms of behavioral therapy and self-help programs.
Phase 1 — Induction: The medically monitored startup of buprenorphine treatment, performed in a qualified physician's office. The medication is administered when a patient has abstained from opioids for 12 to 24 hours and is in the early stages of withdrawal. It is important that the patient is in early withdrawal before beginning, as buprenorphine can bring on acute withdrawal if other opioids are still present in the bloodstream.
Phase 2 — Stabilization: Begins after a patient has discontinued or greatly reduced their misuse of opioids, no longer has cravings, and experiences few or no side effects. The buprenorphine dose may be adjusted during this phase. Because of the long-acting nature of buprenorphine, once stabilized some patients can switch to alternate-day dosing instead of daily dosing.
Phase 3 — Maintenance: Occurs when a patient is doing well on a steady dose of buprenorphine. The length of the maintenance phase is tailored to each patient and could be indefinite. Patients can also engage in further treatment — with or without medication-assisted treatment (MAT) — to prevent a possible relapse.
Insurance is not accepted for the doctor visit; however, we work with your pharmacy to help get medication costs covered by insurance, and we can issue a reimbursement form for the visit upon request.
Medically supervised Phentermine, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide programs — personalized to your body and goals.
Phentermine is an FDA-approved treatment that, when prescribed by a weight-loss physician, increases your metabolism so you burn more calories during day-to-day life and activities. Phentermine also works as an appetite suppressant — naturally alleviating the constant feeling of hunger while increasing your energy. Qualifying patients must have a BMI of 24 or higher. If you have had labs or an EKG completed within the last 12 months, you can bring a copy or sign a release form so we can obtain those records.
Semaglutide (the active ingredient in Wegovy) is an FDA-approved weight loss medication offered by injection or oral sublingual. By mimicking the GLP-1 hormone, it increases insulin secretion while slowing how fast your stomach empties food — suppressing your appetite so you feel full longer, helping you eat less and lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.
Semaglutide was initially approved in 2017 at a lower dose for type 2 diabetes. After studies at higher doses showed significant weight loss in adults without diabetes, the FDA approved it for weight loss in qualifying adults.
Who qualifies: Adults with a BMI of 27 or greater who also have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes — OR anyone with a BMI of 30 or greater, even without another weight-related condition.
Key benefits: Reduced body weight, suppressed appetite, lower blood sugar without increased hypoglycemia, reduced blood pressure and inflammatory markers, and improved cardiovascular risk factors.
Tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Mounjaro) is a dual-action medication targeting both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. It affects the production of blood sugar, insulin, and hunger-regulating hormones. It mimics two hormones released after eating, instructing the pancreas to generate insulin and alerting the liver to reduce glucose production — making you feel fuller longer and slowing digestion.
Dosing: Tirzepatide is administered as a weekly injection, typically starting at 2.5 mg for at least 4 weeks, then gradually increased. The dose will not typically exceed 15 mg per week.
Timeline: Most patients begin to see results within 8 to 12 weeks. When used alongside a calorie-reduced diet and exercise, results may be more significant.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide pricing includes doctor visits plus medication and supplies shipped directly to your home. Required lab work (CMP, TSH, and EKG for Phentermine) can be billed to insurance or self-paid if not completed within the past 12 months.

Although it is normal for testosterone levels to drop as men age, low testosterone can significantly affect a man's health. Testosterone maintains male characteristics throughout a man's life — building muscle and bone, deepening the voice, and driving the sex drive. Testosterone levels decline steadily after age 30 at an average rate of about 1–2% per year. By middle age and older, all men experience a decline, but only a small percentage address it.
The good news: low testosterone can be corrected with testosterone injections. Testosterone therapy is also available for women at Living Well Wellness at the same cost.
At Living Well Wellness, we focus on testosterone injections that you self-administer in the comfort of your own home following thorough instruction from our clinical team. Treatment is administered on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule as directed by your physician.

Living Well Wellness offers convenient, professional drug screening services at our Daytona Beach, Fern Park, and Cocoa Beach locations. We provide instant-result 12-panel urine drug screenings with the option for a comprehensive lab screening if needed. The screenings detect both illegal drugs and prescription drugs.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Daytona Beach and Fern Park locations during regular business hours. For Cocoa Beach or to guarantee a specific time, please call ahead to schedule. A drug screening consent form is available to download and complete before your visit — email it to info@livingwellwellness.com or bring it with you.
If your sample is sent to the lab for a comprehensive screen, you will receive results within 48 hours (not including weekends).
Our standard 12-panel urine screen covers the most commonly tested substances. A comprehensive lab panel is also available when a more detailed analysis is required by an employer, legal requirement, or physician.

Personal, unhurried primary care — $125 for your first visit, then $100/month for ongoing care. Telehealth available.
Living Well Wellness now offers Direct Primary Care (DPC) — a membership-based model that gives you direct, personal access to your primary care provider without the traditional insurance barriers that can slow down your care. Most consultations can be performed via telehealth, though some visits will need to be conducted in office. All medications prescribed by the doctor will be e-prescribed to a pharmacy of your choosing.
